Grace joined the lab in December 2016. She is pursuing her PhD in the Nutritional Sciences Training Program. Grace is originally from the Chicago suburbs. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Rice University in Houston, Texas.
FUN FACT: “During the cross country season in high school I would eat ham at night before bed because I was concerned that I wasn’t getting enough protein.”
